SEL S.p.A., within the scope of its activity included in the scope of its Management System, defines the following policy.
The Management, aware of the need to continuously satisfy the Customers’ expectations, has decided to create a Quality Management System according to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
The Management of SEL S.p.A. undertakes to achieve its objectives in harmony with the satisfaction of all the parties involved and to maintain over time a high quality of the products offered, through:

  • Setting up the relationship with the client on the basis of principles of complete collaboration, refining its sensitivity in grasping and assessing their explicit and implicit needs and expectations;
  • Collaboration with suppliers;
  • Continuous improvement and updating of the quality and the type of products and services provided;
  • The involvement of personnel at all levels in the implementation of the Quality System, with the awareness that it is a fundamental resource for achieving the objectives and for the development of the company.

The company commitment to Quality is based on the principle that everyone has to:

  • Be directly responsible for the quality and the result of his work;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of company effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Identify, report and delete, as required by the Quality Management System, every possible cause of waste and non-compliance in the use of resources and in the management of the various company processes;
  • Understanding, respecting and satisfying the needs and expectations of customers;
  • Work to ensure that the internal climate of the company and the relationships with colleagues develop in respect and constructiveness for achieving the objectives set;
  • Operate in compliance with the laws in force and with the prescriptions and procedures established internally.

The main target of the company is to operate in such a way that all its activities cause as little damage as possible to the environment. For this reason, SEL S.p.A. is committed to adopting an Environmental Management System that complies with the international standard UNI EN ISO 14001, the scope of which includes all the Company processes.
In particular, the Company intends to:

  • Improve, consolidate, maintain and make systematic the Environmental Management System to ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements in its processes and services;
  • Optimize the use of resources and raw materials;
  • Have a controlled and organized waste management, encouraging recycling or recovery where possible;
  • Promote the involvement and, as necessary, the training of its employees in environmental matters;
  • Involve suppliers in compliance with applicable environmental requirements;
  • Maintain open and constructive relationships with Public Administration bodies, with the communities in which the Company operates, and with associations, groups and individuals who have a legitimate interest in the Company environmental performances;
  • Establish and periodically review environmental goals and targets;
  • Systematically identify and monitor environmental impacts associated with the use of hazardous substances and noise;
  • Evaluate significant environmental aspects from the perspective of the “risk based thinking” and optimization of the “Life Cycle Assessment” of the service offered and of the goods and services used by the organization.

SEL S.p.A., within the scope of its activities included in the scope of its Management System, undertakes to prevent injuries, illnesses, accidents and near-misses, to review, update and continuously improve its Management System and Occupational Health and Safety performance, based on changes in the internal and external context of the organization.
For this, SEL S.p.A. undertakes to adopt a Management System for Health and Safety at Work in compliance with the international standard UNI EN ISO 45001 and intends to adopt the principles expressed below in each workplace, involving all the people for whom it is responsible:

  • Respect and enforce all legal and other provisions signed by the Company regarding health and safety at work;
  • Identify, evaluate and control any risk that may occur for any work environment and for any job;
  • Make workplaces as healthy and safe as possible;
  • Maintain the Health and Safety Management System appropriate to the nature and extent of the analysed risks and opportunities;
  • Train, inform and instruct workers to carry out their duties and responsibilities according to their assignments and to make them aware of their obligations and the relative risks to which they are exposed;
  • Involve and consult staff, according to their duties and competences, in the transposition of internal and external prescriptions and in the achievement of corporate objectives, also through their safety representatives;
  • Consider the aspect of health and safety at work as an integral part of the company management;
  • Provide the necessary human and instrumental resources;
  • Disseminate within the company the objectives and the related implementation plan in the Occupational Health and Safety field;
  • Keeping the dangers arising from the activities carried out under control.

In all the countries where SEL operates, its main objective is the protection of the environment, minimizing pollution, conserving resources and eco-sustainable development, through compliance with statutory and international regulations on environmental protection.

It is essential to avoid any conflict of interest, which may affect business relationships or otherwise cause direct damage to SEL.

It is absolutely forbidden to facilitate, directly or indirectly, money laundering and / or terrorist financing.

SEL adopts actions and behaviors that comply with national and international directives on competition and therefore does not admit conducts aimed at sharing market and / or customer shares, abuses of power, etc.

It is not permitted to offer or accept payments or any other goods of value, for the purpose of illegally obtaining or maintaining an undue advantage.
SEL guarantees compliance with current legislation on the prevention and fight against corruption, and is constantly committed to reducing the risk as much as possible.
